    Depends, if we run the persistent approach that is slow then most likely all reviews can be extracted. This is required when >3000 reviews are posted per GMB location. Otherwise reviews can easily be extracted. You may not need Reviews for all locations. Select what locations require we process.

    Sure, you can set a value like only 30 as an example, and then you have the option to choose the filter type:

    a) Most relevant
    b) Newest
    c) Highest rating
    d) Lowest rating

    So you may only required 30 of 'Newest' or 'Most relevant'.

    Or you can opt to have all reviews extracted per GMB location.

    No, Emails are an add-on service as many customers do not require emails. Emails is a subsequent process to the main process and fetched from the extracted website URL/domain. This means you need to run the main task before we can process to extract emails (if available)

    Unfortunately the answer is No. Websites may not have a public email and only have a contact form. Also for each business listing found there maybe no website URL/domain.

    If you need help with formatting the delivered data as it may not always be properly formatted (as explained in another FAQ), then you can order an Add-on service for such work. Best to review the data delivered to you, before ordering this add-on service as it should be simple to handle in Excel.
